Early this year Samsung have announced its new 4Gb LPDDR2 dram chip with 30nm process and eventually Samsung starts to provide 4-layered 4Gb LPDDR2 dram in single package for mobile tablets. The capacity of this 4-layered 4Gb LPDDR2 dram becomes 2GB dram which is double to main memory of present tablets.
