Public Alert system over LTE network :: 3GPP stanardarized

Dec. 15th., TTA(Korea Telecommunications Technology Association. http://www.tta.or.kr/English/index.jsp) detailed TTA standard "Korean Public Alert System over LTE network, TTAK-KO-06.0263" was registered as international standard in 3GPP. The Public Alert system becomes a significant public service to minimize damage from natural disasters.
